The Dayzee Room

Off Season Rate (January-April): $115/night
Peak Season Rate (May-December): $135/night
Brimfield Week Rate: $155/night

The Washington Room

Off Season Rate (January-April): $135/night
Peak Season Rate (May-December): $155/night
Brimfield Week Rate: $175/night

The Ocracoke Suite

Off Season Rate (January-April): $175/night
Peak Season Rate (May-December): $195/night

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change. Please confirm your rate when making your reservation.

GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES

Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Continental Breakfast is available from 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.

The Dragonfly Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed in the driveway or the yard, with receptacles
provided for waste in each area. Due to potential fire hazard, candles and/or incense are not permitted in bedrooms. Instead, please enjoy the candlelight provided for you in the common guest areas.

We are unable to accommodate guests with pets. Roxy simply won’t hear of it!

We love kids, and well-mannered tots 5 and up are always welcome.

Arrival/Departure Information

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:30 a.m.
(When possible, arrangements for early or late check-in/check-out times can be made.)
We offer complimentary on-site parking.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept payment by Visa/Mastercard, traveler’s cheques and cash. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks unless prior arrangements have been made.

Reservations are held with a 50% deposit of the total nights stay, with the remaining 50% and 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax due upon check-out. Reservations made within 10 days are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no less than 28 days from the reservation. Any cancellations made with less than 28 days notice will forfeit the 50% deposit unless the room/rooms are rebooked. Any and all cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25.

We strive to ensure our guests the most relaxing stay possible, and we understand how important it is to stay connected online. Occasionally, inclement weather may disrupt our wi-fi service, and we will do our best to make sure the signal is restored quickly. However, a loss of service shall not be considered grounds for refunds or deductions.

Brimfield Antique Fair Policies

It only happens three times a year, and the rooms go fast! That being said, reservations must be pre-paid in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable. We hate to be so strict, but hopefully you understand why we have to be!
